Hello, my friends.
I've watched the new "Sherlock Holmes" movie trailer just few days ago and :iconisayplz: I am enchanted. It is beautiful, funny, dynamic. I know that lots of people think this portrayal of Holmes is in many ways an insult to the canon, but I find the change interesting and refreshing (with all my love to other adaptations).
And... let's face the truth: RDJ and Jude Law make the cutest Holmes and Watson in history!


I started to make this pic just yesterday and it's quite sketchy but actually - I like it :D.

I also love the new movie its great, Holmes and Watson seem so much more, real and alive to me now. Your picture is very well done and i think you are a brilliant artist :3

I just saw this movie a few days ago! Itwassogood.

I read a few of the books before I saw the movie, and I don't think RDJ's Holmes was an insult to canon. There were even some parts in the movie where I was like, "Oh, they practically quoted that from one of the books!" Granted, the movie was more action-y than the books, but hey, that's entertainment. Besides, you gotta love RDJ and JL!

As for the art... wonderful! :> I can hardly believe you call it a sketch, it's so good.

:wow: This is one of the most beautiful portraits I've found.

I just saw the movie yesterday and I was a bit wary. The trailer had been awesome, but as a dedicated canon fan I was slightly sceptical. But what can I say? The movie (and 'specially RDJ :D ) has already managed to be counted as my favourite movie ever. :love:
